Mount Kilimanjaro has been climbed. CML can be cured.

IMG 20191104 WA0002December 2019 - Mount Kilimanjaro has been climbed! As some of you may have already heard, our amazing team of 26 climbers – researchers, doctors, patients and supporters from all over the world successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in November.

It was incredibly hard – both physically and mentally – and pushed us to our limits and beyond. But we were a strong team and had great support. We made it to the mountain, climbed and made it safely back home again.

Even more important: to date we have raised over $300,000 for the work of the Foundation.

iCMLf kilimanjaro 2019 salesforce 1October 2019 - Our amazing team of 26 climbers – researchers, doctors, patients and supporters of the iCMLf from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and both North and South America are ready to go Climb for a cure 2019: Mount Kilimanjaro.

The climbers are gradually arriving in Moshi, Tanzania. On Sunday morning we will be on our way up to Mount Kilimanjaro – the highest freestanding mountain in the world. It’s a big adventure ahead of us and we will definitely be moving out of our comfort zones.

PreceptorsOctober 2019 - If you are a clinician treating CML patients in the emerging regions you can now apply for the 2020 iCMLf Clinical Preceptorship Program. With this program you have the unique opportunity to complete a 3-4 week preceptorship at a global CML centre of excellence. Applications are welcome until December 15, 2019.

Your invitation to the iCMLf Forum at ASHOctober 2019 - If you are attending the American Society of Hematology meeting (ASH) this year, we ask you to reserve your place at the 2019 iCMLf Forum for Physicians from Emerging Regions to be held on December 6, 2019, from 12-2pm at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando (USA).

Annual Report 201819September 2019 - We are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the iCMLf and it's now time for reflection and celebration.
This year's Annual Report is both a 10-year overview and a report on the past year featuring the iCMLf activities from Sept 1st 2018 to August 31st 2019.
